Perfect Sense is an 80-foot Monte Fino motor yacht, based in Fort Lauderdale and available now through Only Yachts FL's managed fractional program. Three staterooms host six guests, looked after by a professional crew of three — captain, chef and stewardess. A jacuzzi, jet ski, paddle boards and kayaks turn a weekend aboard into a proper escape, whether you're crossing to the Bahamas or anchored off the Florida coast for the evening.
Owning a share means owning the yacht — not renting time on it. Your equity is held through a dedicated LLC, so you hold a real, transferable stake in a specific, named vessel rather than a timeshare or the right to use her at set times. Shares start from a $150,000 entry for a 5% stake, which works out to roughly 14 days aboard each year, splittable into two trips and scheduled fairly across owners.
The numbers stay predictable. For a 5% share, annual operating runs approximately $32,500, covering crew, dockage, insurance and maintenance — all shared in proportion to your stake. When you're aboard, an Advance Provisioning Allowance of roughly $7,000–$10,000 per week covers fuel, provisioning and similar underway costs. Where you elect it, unused weeks can go into a managed, owners-only charter program to help offset those costs — an estimate that depends on demand, never a guarantee.

Can I charter my unused weeks to help offset costs?+
Where your ownership agreement allows, unused weeks can optionally go into a managed, owners-only charter program to help offset operating costs. Any charter income is an estimate that depends on demand and availability — never a guarantee.
Can I sell or exit my share later?+
Yes. Your share is a tangible, transferable asset. If you decide to exit, you can sell your percentage per the terms of your ownership agreement — other owners may hold a right of first refusal — and Only Yachts FL can assist with the process.
